Central Carolina Technical College Wins Gold National Advertising Award

Sumter, SC (12/02/2021) — Central Carolina Technical College was named a winner in the 9th Annual Educational Digital Marketing Awards.

The Education Digital Marketing Awards recognizes the best educational websites, digital content, electronic communications, mobile media and social media. Entries were received from colleges, universities and secondary schools across the country.

The CCTC Marketing and Communications Department received three Gold Awards and three Silver Awards for the following:

Gold: College Website Directory, CCTC Website Update and a Digital Display Ad for Fall Enrollment 2021

Silver: Online Digital Display Ad, Employed Titans Social Media Campaign, Fall Enrollment Digital Marquee Message

"Marketing plays a critical role in making sure potential students see CCTC as their first-choice destination for college. The Marketing and Communications team is incredibly proud to receive each of these awards as they represent the creative and professional work that we enjoy doing, " says Nicole Ouellette, director of Marketing and Communications.

More than 1,000 entries were received from colleges, universities and secondary schools across the country. Gold awards were granted to 222 institutions, silver awards were awarded to 125 institutions and bronze awards were awarded to 73 institutions.

Judges for the EDMAwards consisted of a national panel of education marketers, advertising creative directors, marketing and advertising professionals.
