NASCAR Driver Kyle Weatherman to visit Central Carolina Technical College for "Pit Stop With a Pro" Event
Sumter, SC (08/27/2024) — Central Carolina Technical College (CCTC) will host the ultimate automotive event, "Pit Stop With a Pro," featuring NASCAR driver Kyle Weatherman on Thursday, August 29, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the CCTC Main Campus.
Weatherman, a rising star in the world of NASCAR and recent top 10 finisher at Daytona, will make a special appearance at CCTC, where attendees will have the opportunity to meet the driver, take photos and get an autograph.
Event highlights include a meet and greet with Kyle Weatherman, a virtual reality race car simulator, the dual pit stop challenge, a four car mini track, NASCAR racing simulators, classic car show and local food trucks. The event will end with giveaways that include NASCAR memorabilia, CCTC swag and 2 tickets to the NASCAR Cup Series Southern 500 race on Sunday, September 1 at Darlington Raceway. Participants must be present to win.
